SIO2 Static Library SVN

You guys can check-out (svn style) a project that builds a static lib (there's already a prebuilt one in it). I'll update with each official engine release. I rigged the project to output in "lib" folder and the other intermediate compilation files in the "intermediate" folder.

Just add the project to your SIO2 based project and it should work. Refer to
